The Festive Season: How To Handle It!

  I spoke to some friends a few days ago who were interested in how people on, or considering the Cambridge 1:1 Weight Loss Plan, approach the Festive Season. It’s an interesting question: across all cultures, there’s generally a time of the year that involves “food related celebrations!” My advice? Enjoy yourself! Why? Well, let me explain. The purpose of participating in the Cambridge 1:1 Weight Loss Plan is to make you healthier and happier, not to make you feel isolated and miserable because you can’t join in with the celebrations enjoyed by your family and friends: there’s a chance that this might  bring you to one of those “What’s the point?” moments, when we throw the whole lot away, only to later feel that we’ve failed, let ourselves down and we become resentful and miserable!
